Herb Salt


Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Fresh Sage, Chopped

  • 2/4 cup Fresh Chives, Chopped

  • 2/8 cup Fresh Rosemary, Chopped

  • 1 cup course sea salt

  • 8 cloves garlic


Instructions:

  1. Add all chopped herbs to a sheet pan with course sea salt. Mix in sheet pan to combine.

  2. Bake herbs in oven at 200 for 30 minutes. Stir halfway through.

  3. Once done take out of the oven and allow herb salt to cool before placing mixture into a blender, Pulse in blender a few times to get a finer salt.

  4. Transfer Herb salt into an air tight container.
